Wagons and horses once traveled across the Overland Trail along the South Platte River in the 1800's. Those same views once seen by western settlers and gold rush dreamers can now be yours at Overland Ridge Estates. This premier subdivision in Morgan County was introducted in 1999 by Larry and Patty Chartier on beautiful farmland that overlooks the South Platte River. When complete it will have 27 homes, with each homesite at least two acres and yes horses and wagons are welcome.
After nearly a decade of waiting, in the summer of 2014 Overland Ridge Estates opened the final phases in the most sought after neighborhood in the county.
